at xempre bago ang mega cry and mega reshuffle and mega "lipat bahay" ng mga ibang tech,kelangan muna ng team outing,
at dahil din ako ang esmi ng bossing ng team edwin,nakisawsaw na din ako sa outing nila.

being the leader and handling 12 people per team is really a tought job,kelangan imotivate mo sila,gumawa ng strategies to make them productive,amd make them feel happy while doing their job..

12 people mahirap na,what more kaya kung 20 people an hawak mo per team.?

kaya bilib din ako ke jowadik ko,
nakikita ko kasi na kahit nahihirapan xa,carryng carry nya i handle sila.
sabi nga nila youll never gonna have a big happy productive team without loving them.

natutuwa naman ako,

kasi kahit na ganun katitigas ulo nila,nakikita ko naman sa kanila kung gaano sila kasaya,

kung gannu nila kamahal team edwin.
specially now na halos major reshuffle na,
sight na sight and f-na f ng lola nyo yung sadness sa kanila.

well guys,ganun talaga.d tayo mag grow as a person and sa career natin kung d tayo mag try ng changes.
